Responsible for implementing, deploying and maintain complex MS-Windows based infrastructure, providing support and troubleshooting to customers, delivering MS Official curriculum courses. Applying Candidates shall undergo Theoretical & Practical interview to assess their past experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert input and technical opinion on the design, implementation and maintaining complex MS-Windows based infrastructure.
Provide high-end support and troubleshooting to customers.
Continuously provide proactive information to customers on upcoming changes to Microsoft's technologies, tools and solutions.
Maintain knowledge of current technological developments/trends in the area of expertise.
Continuous awareness of new software, technological developments and trend in the area of expertise.
Deliver MS Official curriculum courses.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualified and experienced technical professionals, with a minimum 3-5 years experience, with 1+ year in the same position.
Proven track record in analyzing, designing, implementing, supporting and troubleshooting of high end Microsoft technologies; Infrastructure (AD, Exchange, ISA) and management (SMS, MOM,LCS ).
Possess strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP DNS, DHCP, SMTP) and Security (Firewalls, HIPS,…) concepts.
Certified MCSE (CCNA certification will be plus).
Experience with Corporate Servers architecture, Win Cluster & Load Balancing in administering servers and storage devices.
Experience in Backup solution & disaster recovery planning.

Education:
Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or information Technology
General Requirements:
Good command of English language (written and spoken + French is a Plus), good presentation and communications Skills.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint for all positions and MS-Visio for only technical ones.
Presentable, dedicated, self motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
